ตามที่หนังสือพิมพ์โพสต์ทูเดย์ฉ บับวันที่ 19 มิถุนายน 2561 ได้มีการนำเสนอข่าวดร.วิชิต สุรพงษ์ชัย ประธานกรรมการบริหาร ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ลาออกจากตำแหน่งฯ นั้น ธนาคารขอปฏิเสธว่าข่าวดังกล่าวไ ม่เป็นความจริงแต่อย่างใด

SCB declines Executive Chairman’s resignation rumor

It has been appeared on the Post Today newspaper dated 19 June 2018 that Dr. Vichit Suraphongchai, Chairman of the Executive Committee, has tendered a resignation from Siam Commercial Bank.   The Bank would like to decline such report, and that to confirm once again that such rumor does not have any ground.
