I'll leave the outfit discussion to Go Fug Yourself, but as for this fish bags I think it might have worked with a more normal outfit. It still would be pushing it, but it could be almost OK if the bags was a small fish clutch purse. That way it would be fun and silly, but not look like she just returned from the docks with today's catch. I could see it with some dark jeans and a simple black shirt.
