Now they've got 60 minutes 'til judging time. Emma, Rishi and Lynton hit the blocks running. Emma is cooking something that contains every ingredient she's picked up. It's Rishi who we should be scared of though, because he's the flavour elevator (and it would have had more impact if I didn't have to rewind the tape three times to actually work out what he said).
